2 sweet potatoes, grated
1/2 onion, diced
4 tbsp of our Green Chilli Jam
4 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Olive oil to drizzle
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine the sweet potato and onion.
- Add the jam, cornflour, flour, salt, pepper and mix well.
Place the mix into a large geese proof baking tray or into small individual ones.
Drizzle with olive oil and place in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Serve with sliced chilli for extra heat or an extra dollop of our Green Chilli Jam.
