Ingredients
200 g prawns, blanched and peeled 200 ml mayonnaise 100 ml Green Chilli Jam
Garnish
1/2 red capsicum, chopped finely 2 small Lebanese cucumbers, sliced thinly, long ways
Instructions
- Wash the prawns and pat dry.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and jam.
- Place the mayonnaise mix into small serving dishes and place the 3/4 prawns on top.
- Garnish with the chopped capsicum and cucumber.
- Serve with a small spoon or fork.
