Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts 3 tbsp Turmeric Coconut Banana Chutney 1/2 cup crushed macadamia nuts 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tsp parsley, chopped 100 ml olive oil
Instructions

Preheat half the olive oil in a saucepan on a medium heat.

Preheat the oven to 180C and spread the rest of the olive oil around a baking tray evenly.

Slice each chicken breast in half, season and brown on each side in the saucepan.
- Once done place the pieces of chicken on the baking tray.
- Combine the chutney, macadamias, parsley, and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture on each piece of chicken evenly and press/compact it gently down to form a crust.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes—until the chicken is cooked and the top is golden brown.
- Serve with your favourite vegetables.
