Banana Coconut Coated Whiting

 Banana Coconut Crusted Whiting


4 pieces of Whiting or any white flaky fish, washed and patted dry
100 ml Turmeric Coconut Banana Chutney
Salt and cracked pepper to taste


Vegetable rice


  1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
  2. Oil a baking tray.
  3. Place the fish on the tray and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Turmeric Coconut Banana Chutney on each piece of fish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve on a bed of vegetable rice.
