How To Use
Per 1kg of protein, combine in a bowl: 2tbsp marinade, 2tsp water, 2tsp red wine vinegar and 4tbsp olive oil. Coat the protein in the mixture and allow to marinate for a minimum of 1/2hrs—barbecue or pan skillet for the best results.
