Ingredients
500 g tofu, sliced into 1 cm cubes 100 ml Ginger Chilli Soy Glaze 50 ml olive oil Salt and cracked pepper to taste

Sliced Bishops' chillies
Instructions
- Place the glaze and seasoning in a bowl.
- Add the tofu and coat thoroughly—cover the bowl with clingfilm and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Preheat the olive oil in skittle on a medium high heat.
- Pan sear the tofu pieces on all sides.
- Serve with a few sliced chillies.
