Tofu Chilli Bites

 Tofu Chilli Bites


500 g tofu, sliced into 1 cm cubes 
100 ml Ginger Chilli Soy Glaze
50 ml olive oil
Salt and cracked pepper to taste


Sliced Bishops' chillies 


  1. Place the glaze and seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Add the tofu and coat thoroughly—cover the bowl with clingfilm and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the olive oil in skittle on a medium high heat.
  4. Pan sear the tofu pieces on all sides.
  5. Serve with a few sliced chillies.
