Tandoori Salmon

 Tandoori Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
50 ml olive oil
25 g BBQ Beetroot Seasoning 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Squeeze of lemon 

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a griddle pan on a medium high temperature.
  2. Score the skin of the salmon with a sharp knife.
  3. Sprinkle the top side of the salmon with the seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon skin side down on the pan and cook until the skin is crispy.
  5. Turn the salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes—it needs to pink in the middle.
  6. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
