2 salmon fillets
50 ml olive oil
25 g BBQ Beetroot Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze of lemon
- Heat the oil in a griddle pan on a medium high temperature.
- Score the skin of the salmon with a sharp knife.
- Sprinkle the top side of the salmon with the seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon skin side down on the pan and cook until the skin is crispy.
- Turn the salmon and cook for 3-5 minutes—it needs to pink in the middle.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
