 Spicy Cheddar Chips

Ingredients  

200 g Cheddar cheese, sliced into any shape you like 
25 g of our Mexican Seasoning 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to160C.
  2. Cut out and place parchment paper on a baking tray.
  3. Place the cheese on the tray and sprinkle each piece lightly with seasoning
  4. Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove, cool and serve with guacamole.
