Rosella Chilli Jam Drops
Source a basic Jam Drop recipe and substitute traditional jam with Rosella Apple Chilli Jam. The jam creates a biscuit that is sweet and zesty with a subtle chilli undertone - exciting and delicious.

Seasoned Chicken Peices
Slice chicken breasts into pieces, brush them with olive oil and massage in a generous helping of Spicy Chicken Rub. Heat a lightly oiled pan and fry the chicken pieces until cooked. Serve with a dollop of Mango Mix Chutney.

Spicy Egg and Bacon Stack
Pan-fry an egg (make sure the yolk is soft) and a few rashes of bacon. Lightly toast a breakfast muffin. Stack the bacon on a breakfast muffin, place the egg on top of bacon and top the yolk with a spoonful of Chilli Garlic Chutney. The combination of the egg yolk and chutney creates a spicy and gooey sauce.




Seasoned BBQ Lamb Chops
Cover the lamb chops in olive oil and generously rub Spiced Steak Seasoning into the meat. Place the lamb chops in a bowl, cover with cling film, place in a fridge and allow to sit for 4 hours. Remove from the refrigerator after 4 hours and BBQ the lamb chops until the seasoning has caramelised. Allow the meat to rest for five minutes and serve with Mint and Apple Chutney.

Beef Vindaloo
Source a recipe for a beef vindaloo, serve with Basmati rice and a big dollop Mango Mix Chutney or Turmeric Banana Coconut Chutney. This combination creates a sweet, spicy sensation and tones down the heat of the curry.

Make a basic risotto (a must in every cook's repertoire), stir in pre-cooked Prawns and serve with a generous helping of Garlic Chilli Chutney. This simple combination is bursting with flavour and looks vibrant on a plate.



BBQ Pork Ribs
Smother pork ribs in bbq sauce and place in a slow cooker for eight hours. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker, preheat the oven to 180•F, place ribs on a baking tray, baste them generously with BCD BBQ Sauce and place them in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste lightly with BCD BBQ Sauce before serving.
