Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry 150g of our Cranberry Cinnamon Jam
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Lay one sheet of pastry on the paper, butter the pastry thickly with the jam and then cover with the other sheet of pastry.

Cut the pastry into the shape of a triangle with a square shape at the base.

Cut even horizontal slits cross the tree, leaving an uncut gap down the centre—twist each slit.
- With the leftover pastry cut out Christmas shapes and place them on the sides of the tray.
- Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.

Serve on a breakfast buffet or cheese board.
