 Chimichurri Pepperberry Marinated Fillet

Ingredients

Instructions 

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Place steak in marinade and toss to coat meat thoroughly. Cling film the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat a griddle pan to a high temperature.
  4. Place the meat on the griddle pan—seal the marinade on either side and cook the meat to your liking.
  5. Remove and put the steaks on a board to rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
