Chimichurri Pepperberry Marinated Fillet
Ingredients
2 300 g fillet steaks
Marinade Ingredients
2 tbsp our
Chimichurri Pepperberry Marinade
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Place steak in marinade and toss to coat meat thoroughly. Cling film the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat a griddle pan to a high temperature.
Place the meat on the griddle pan—seal the marinade on either side and cook the meat to your liking.
Remove and put the steaks on a board to rest for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
