- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Place steak in marinade and toss to coat meat thoroughly. Cling film the bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Preheat a griddle pan to a high temperature.
- Place the meat on the griddle pan—seal the marinade on either side and cook the meat to your liking.
- Remove and put the steaks on a board to rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
