Orange, Chilli Glazed Carrots Wrapped in Prosciutto

 Orange Chilli Roast Carrots wrapped in Prosciutto


6 Dutch carrots, peeled, with the stalks, cut 2cm long
6 slices of Prosciutto
Orange Chilli Maple Glaze
Salt and pepper to season


  1. Preheat the oven to 160C.
  2. Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
  3. Wrap each carrot in a sheet of prosciutto ham and place on the baking tray. 
  4. Pour the glaze into a small bowl and use a brush to baste each carrot thoroughly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favourite roast.
