Ingredients
6 Dutch carrots, peeled, with the stalks, cut 2cm long 6 slices of Prosciutto Orange Chilli Maple Glaze Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160C.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Wrap each carrot in a sheet of prosciutto ham and place on the baking tray.
- Pour the glaze into a small bowl and use a brush to baste each carrot thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Serve with your favourite roast.
