Spicy pan-seared chicken breast – coat chicken in oil, apply two teaspoons of seasoning to every chicken breast and rub the seasoning into the chicken until fully coated. Pan sear the chicken in a lightly oiled pan until cooked. Rest for 3-4 minutes, slice and serve with a Green Chilli Jam.
