Spicy beef or lamb roast – generously drizzle oil over the meat and sprinkle three teaspoons of seasoning to every 500g of meat. Rub into the meat and marinade for 20 minutes. Roast in a preheated oven and squeeze lemon juice over meat to stop the seasoning from burning. Once cooked, rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve with pineapple chilli chutney. Alternatively, rub seasoning onto your favourite steak and grill.
