Grilled tandoori prawns, chicken or pork. Lightly brush the protein of your choice with melted butter, add 4 tsp of seasoning to per kg of meat and rub in the seasoning. Marinate for 15 min. Place the protein on a skewer and grill in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 min. Serve with our Mango Mix Chutney and freshly chopped coriander.
