Spicy pan seared chicken breast. Chicken in oil, apply two teaspoons of seasoning to every chicken breast and rub the seasoning into the chicken until fully coated. Pan fry the chicken in a lightly oiled pan until cooked. Rest for four minutes, slice and serve with our Green Chilli Jam.
