Grilled tandoori prawns, chicken or pork. Lightly brush the protein of your choice with melted butter, add four teaspoons of seasoning to per kilo of meat and rub in the seasoning. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes, place the protein on a skewer and grill in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with our Mango Mix Chutney and freshly chopped coriander.
